Reservation Policy (w.e.f. 01 April 2011)

We don’t check in any foreign guest without passport and valid visa and Indians without ID proof,
Passport copy or driving license. Please carry your relevant papers with you.
Amount mentioned above are inclusive of all the taxes but on the EP basis (without meals).
We request you to ask us separately to quote you CP (Continental Plan), AP (American Plan)
or MAP (modified American Plan) in case you prefer them.
We regret that reserving the room is only possible if you arrive before 4 PM.
Please note that we will be holding the room(s) until 16h00 hours (4 PM) only. After 4 pm we release
the room for other travelers and we cancel the booking. But, if you can inform us in 24 hours advance
time about your late arrival in the evening. We will not release the room.
We offer our guests discounted rates in case of Long Stays, bulk booking and Corporate Travel.
